Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order amount required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will begin processing on the following business day.

For the purposes of this policy, business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow the following estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (holidays, etc.).

Shipping Carrier

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient delivery option for your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LandSurfers is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@landsurfers.com and we will do our best to assist you.
