At LandSurfers, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. We stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're here to help.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following situations only:
- Defective or damaged product: The item arrived broken, non-functional, or with a manufacturing defect.
- Transit damage: The item was damaged during shipping. Damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Wrong item received: You received an item different from what you ordered.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Window
Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@landsurfers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with return instructions if your return is approved.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (if possible) using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- We do not offer store credit or exchanges.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of use, misuse, or damage caused by the customer
