What products does LandSurfers sell?

LandSurfers offers surf and water-sport gear such as surfboards, bodyboards, skimboards, traction pads, surf wax, fins, leashes, board bags, wetsuits, rashguards, and balance trainers.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order amount is required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Can I return an item?

Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for defective or damaged products, transit damage, or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please email support@landsurfers.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage and packaging.

How long do refunds take?

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
